Pricing is shaped around the scope of the work, your goals, and your context — not a rigid menu of services. I never want cost to become a barrier to meaningful learning and connection.

Starting rates upon inquiry
A keynote that opens thinking, not just a room. FiLo keynotes draw on research in resilience, positive experiences, and strengths-based leadership delivered in a way that feels direct and grounded, not performative, and designed to spark reflection, connection, and practical next steps.
Available for conferences, staff development days, and organizational events. Topics can be drawn from FiLo's signature frameworks or shaped to your theme and audience needs.

Hands-on, participatory learning designed to stick. Workshops and breakout sessions move beyond inspiration into application helping participants build shared language, practical tools, and meaningful momentum they can carry back into everyday work and relationships.
Available as conference breakout sessions or standalone organizational training. Organizational bookings are priced from a training budget rather than event programming; reach out if you're unsure which applies. Half- and full-day formats are available; multi-session engagements are discussed during inquiry.

Accessible, practical presentations for community organizations, nonprofits, coalitions, and public groups. These are designed to inform, encourage, and spark conversation — not to overwhelm.
Priced to be accessible for organizations with limited budgets. Standard presentations are 60–90 minutes. Half- and full-day options are available at different rates — reach out to discuss. Travel costs are factored into final pricing.

Focused support for individuals, leaders, and organizations navigating complex challenges. This work is collaborative, reflective, and practical and helps leaders and organizations think clearly, strengthen culture, navigate change, and move forward with greater alignment and purpose.
Individual consulting and coaching are available at an hourly rate. Organizational consulting is currently event-based; ongoing consultation packages are in development.
Cohort coaching coming soon — a small-group format for teams and peer cohorts.
